Getting the most from your UNsubscribers..

Yes, it’s pretty sad when people unsubscribe. Especially if you’ve tried hard to keep your messages timely, meaningful, and relevant. However, just because someone unsubscribes, doesn’t mean you can’t a little more information from them before they go. For example, finding out why they unsubscribe can help you improve so that future subscribers don’t become unsubscribers.
Of course you would provide a really quick OPTIONAL survey, the MailChimp blog provides an excellent example of this
