Basic email metrics explained….

One of the many mysteries of email marketing is the definition of key metrics - unfortunately, there are no standards, and it can be tricky to find out how they are calculated.

Lucky for you, Tamara Gielen over at Tamara’s Email Marketing Best Practices has posted a list of explanation, which includes a breakdown of formulas. When in doubt get the raw data and calculate yourself!
